Ideal location, friendly staff, private car park, lovely bar food, 2 for 1 drinks at dinner. Helpful and friendly hotel staff, excellent room with all expected facilities, clean and tidy with modern furniture and bedding, wonderful food in the bar and restaurant, good value for money. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good breakfast, plenty of parking, convenient location for university and town centre. Wonderful clean and comfy, great staff, lent me an umbrella, free parking, quiet at night.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to shops and a short walking distance to the riverside walk and Surbiton town center and Overground station. The breakfast was excellent and the dining room spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The hotel provides good value for money.
